This past season proved to be one of the most successful seasons for the SBC Basketball Club. SBC had 17 teams participate each season in the fall, winter, and spring seasons (San Diego Sol Alliant University, San Marcos, and La Jolla Leagues).

This Spring Season for SBC was very successful with 14 teams making league playoffs, 5 teams making league finals, and 1 team winning the league championship and winning the summer Maui Invitational (8th Grade Red). During the Winter and Fall seasons, SBC won or placed runner-up in multiple tournaments including at the Swoosh Fall Classic (7th Grade Red, Champions) and SGV Invitational (5th Grade Red and 8th Grade Red, Runner-Up).

The focus of the basketball club is not on wins or losses; however, SBC continues to win many leagues and tournaments throughout the year. SBC is one of the largest basketball clubs in San Diego County and continues to focus on effort and success.
